DeGrandchamp’s has formulated a slow release fertilizer 17-7-6 which gives a tremendous boost in first year’s growth. We have tested our fertilizer over the course of several seasons and have found it to be well worth the 20 cents per plant it costs to use. DeGrandchamp’s fertilizer is gradually released over a 6 to 7 month period. Recommended use is 3 oz. per plant. Each bag is enough to fertilize 265 plants.
