Alyssa’s Blueberry Sauce:
2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
Sugar to taste (I used about 4 tablespoons) depending on the variety of blueberries you might need more or less. I just added until it was sweet enough for my liking.
Combine BB and water and simmer on the stove on medium/low until blueberries break down and the water nearly cooks out. (15-20 mins maybe). Taste and add sugar if needed. Stir in cornstarch. Remove from heat and enjoy on pancakes, French toast, oatmeal, or ice cream!
